Does anyone know what's the rationale of the rule against impersonation?
Why are we allowed to lie about everything except our alts?
Some weird RL legal issue, maybe?

Some weird RL legal issue, maybe? Alex this is a misconception. The GM said that you can't impersonate yourself because this statement makes no logical sense. If you quote just her first statement it incorrectly seems like CCP is forbidding impersonating yourself. CCP is actually saying that it is impossible to do so. Aye, thanks but actually I was wondering why I can't claim to be someone else, you or Sol for example.
I read Carrie's link (thanks) but it still seems weird to me. That looks more like a case of abusing the Wiki (which is creative but yeah I guess not nice) with just a little bit of impersonation on the side.
